Ivy Liao is an Asian-American Director and VFX Supervisor based in Los Angeles. She graduated from the Film Production program at UCLA, where her thesis film, Cupid's Paradise, won awards for Best VFX, Best Student Film, Best Film, and landed a distribution deal with SHUDDER and DUST. She currently works with independent filmmakers and commercial clients such as Legendary Pictures, Indeed, Sprite, Warner Media, Coca-Cola, and Regal Cinemas. She hopes to continue to tell stories surrounding Asians, women, and the fantastical.
